Missed yet another days racing yesterday due to my car going in for a service and having to rely on lifts to pick it back up. Didn’t get back in until late and was feeling tired so sat it out. I think it’s important you don’t just trade for trading’s sake and to hit some kind of arbitrary number of days in a row. If you’re not into it or feeling rushed that’s likely going to reflect in your performance so best just to sit it out and keep your P&L on an upward slope.

Having said all that, after Thursdays performance I had a terrible day today. Just couldn’t seem to judge the price movements at all. Can’t put it down to anything in particular to be honest but at least I’ll have some material to review on Monday. Will try and get some trading in tomorrow to make up for yesterday.
