Mad busy week with work from Wednesday onwards and didn’t get any time at all to trade. Feel like I’ve been away from the markets for an age. Definitely felt out of my groove so to speak. Anyway, you just have to get back on the horse I suppose… Pun definitely intended. Apologies!

Accidentally went in play in the 16:00 at Nottingham. Cardinal sin that. I was too busy concentrating on the price movements that I didn’t concentrate on anything else. Luckily I got away with it for a small 70p profit but definitely don’t want to make a habit of that. Ended the day on a loss but I’m blaming that on having most of the week off. Just didn’t feel right today. But I forced myself to at least try just so I can get back into the routine again. Not sure if I’ll do my analysis tomorrow as in review this weeks results seeing as there is hardly any after taking most of the week off. I’ll see how I feel. Should probably stick to the plan as rigidly as I can to be fair but I’ll make the decision tomorrow.
