Complete disaster at Brighton today in the 15.30. No idea what I was thinking of. Had to take a few deep breaths and re-asses. From then on I really dug deep and checked myself constantly… Why are you entering now? Is there a genuine opportunity or is it fear of missing out? When will you get out? Is it better to sit this one out? Is it an obvious trade? Are the ladders nice and smooth or all over the place? Then at the 15.30 at Redcar I lost… Wait for it… £69.25. Had a bad morning at work and think I was stewing on a few things. No idea. I just called it a day there but this has been a huge hit to my bank. Will see how I feel tomorrow.
